Where can I purchase your products online?

You can visit our Redbubble store - Orders from Redbubble will be manufactured and shipped from USA, UK or Australia depending on your location.


I saw an art piece in your gallery which I like very much but do not see it offered in your e-store. Can I purchase it as an art print or have it printed on a product?

Sure, just get in touch with us! :)


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, credit and debit card payment (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). If you would like to make your payment via bank transfer (Singapore only), please get in touch with us!


Is there tax charged on my order?

You will not be charged sales tax (GST) in Singapore. International customers may have to pay custom duty and other relevant taxes according to the destination country's tax law.


I reside in Singapore. Can I self-collect my order from you?

Yes (except orders from Redbubble); you may arrange with us to self-collect at Orchard or Choa Chu Kang MRT station. Please proceed with the usual checkout procedure. We will refund you the shipping fee after you have collected your order from us. 


I have placed my order. What happens next?

Upon placing an order, you will receive an auto order confirmation email.

  • For non-custom orders on this website: Your order will be mailed out within 2 to 3 business days.
  • For orders on Redbubble: Please refer to the FAQ page on Redbubble for more information.
  • For custom orders: We need 1 to 3 weeks to process your order. Every order is customised specially for you, hence processing time may vary. Please let us know if you require a faster turnaround time. A fee will be incurred for urgent orders. Please note that once payment has been made, there will be strictly no refunds for custom orders.

Dollgift is operated by me (Charllotte) alone, from design, production, managing the website and all other administrative and logistical matters, hence, we seek your understanding if there is any slight delay in processing your order especially during festive periods. We will notify you once we mail out your order. Thank you in advance for your understanding!


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping for orders placed through this website is calculated based on weight and will be displayed upon checkout.

Can I track my order?

You may track your parcel here. Please note that we will NOT be responsible for parcels lost during transit.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All items purchased on this website will be packed and shipped out from Singapore. Estimated shipping duration (not including processing time of orders) is as follows:

  • Within Singapore: 2 to 5 working days
  • International Shipping: 7 to 14 working days

Delivery time varies from country to country and cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen delays. If you prefer an alternative shipping option, please contact us. Shipping is not available for P.O. Box and AFPN addresses.

Can I cancel an order?

Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded. Your order will be shipped as scheduled. We will only allow refunds if the product you have ordered is out of stock.

What is your return/ exchange policy?

All products on our website are printed and packed in Singapore with utmost care. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately and we will let you know how to proceed. Orders can only be replaced with the same product(s) and requests for exchange have to be made within 7 working days upon receiving your item(s). Customers will be responsible for shipping costs incurred.

Please note that custom orders are non-refundable.
